SaaS Factory ("we", "us", "our") operates websitefactory.space and the tenant sites we ship for our clients. This policy describes what data we collect on this marketing site, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
What we collect on this site
When you submit the demo-request form we collect: your name, email, business name (optional), industry (optional), city (optional), estimated number of locations (optional), free-form notes (optional), your IP address (hashed with a salt and stored as a 32-character fingerprint, NEVER raw), the user-agent string of your browser, and UTM parameters from the link you arrived through. We do not run analytics cookies on this marketing site without your consent.
Why we collect it
Sole purpose: respond to your demo request within 24 hours and follow up on the sales conversation. Lawful basis under GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA): legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. Lawful basis under Israeli Privacy Protection Law (if you are in Israel): consent expressed by submitting the form.
Who sees it
Only authorized SaaS Factory operators. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Internal infrastructure providers (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting, Slack for sales-team notifications) process the data on our behalf under their own data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Demo-request leads are retained for 24 months from submission unless you have become a client (in which case retention is governed by our Master Service Agreement). On expiration, we delete the row.
Your rights
Right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any right, email infoflowmoney@gmail.com and reference the email address you used when submitting the form. We respond within 30 days (GDPR) / 30 days (Israeli PPL) / 45 days (CCPA). California residents: we do not sell personal information.
Cookies + tracking
This marketing site sets one essential session cookie (locale preference) and no analytics or advertising cookies without your consent. We do not embed third-party trackers. Tenant sites we ship for clients have their own privacy posture, governed by each tenant's policy on their own domain.
