These terms govern your use of websitefactory.space (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. The Site is informational; it is not the contract for our services. If you sign as a client, a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) governs the relationship.
What this Site is
A marketing site describing the SaaS Factory platform. Information here is provided as-is, without warranty. Specific commitments to clients are made only in a signed MSA.
Demo requests are not contracts
Submitting the demo-request form starts a sales conversation. It does not create a binding contract, does not lock you to any pricing tier, and does not obligate you in any way. Either party may end the conversation at any time.
Pricing
Prices shown on this Site (when shown) are estimates and may change without notice. Final pricing for a specific engagement is set in your MSA. If pricing on this Site contradicts your MSA, the MSA controls.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the form, don't submit fake leads, don't probe for vulnerabilities without a written authorization, don't copy our case-study content for your own marketing. Tenant sites we ship for clients are governed by each tenant's terms on their own domain.
Intellectual property
All Site content (text, design, code) is owned by SaaS Factory or our licensors. Tenant content (text, photos, logos) on tenant sites we ship is owned by the respective tenant under the MSA. Linking to this Site is welcome; framing or scraping is not.
Disclaimers + limitations
Site is provided as-is. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for anything related to the Site is capped at $100. Higher caps and warranties are in the MSA for clients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business. Disputes related to a client engagement are governed by the MSA's dispute-resolution clause.
Updates
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at top reflects the most recent change. Material changes get an in-banner notice on the Site for 30 days.
