QuickFix Garage Door: multi-state reach, one fast site
A 12-location garage-door business needed a site that could grow across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Rhode Island — and rank in every city they serve.
What they needed
QuickFix operates across 5 states with 12 service locations. Their old presence didn't reflect the scale or urgency of their business — emergency garage-door calls can't wait for a slow, generic site. They needed a site that matched their speed, showed up in local searches across every city they serve, and handled phone routing correctly for each location. The build had to support dedicated hosting (Premium+ tier), isolate each location's phone number so the right GMB number appeared on the right page, and pass strict WCAG AA contrast on every page and in dark mode.

What we built
Dedicated infrastructure setup
Provisioned a dedicated Vercel project (Premium+ tier) with its own deploy pipeline. Environment variables, Supabase routing, and Sanity dataset all scoped exclusively to QuickFix — no shared-tenant contamination.
13-section workshop-classic homepage
Designed and built the full homepage to spec: full-bleed van hero, technician portraits, $150-off coupon section, testimonials grid with real avatars, authorized-dealer brand logos, and a service-area map — all in the workshop-classic design family.
25 service pages at scale
Shipped a 10-section emergency-repair template covering all 25 QuickFix service slugs — from spring replacement to opener installation. Each page unique, with 1,200+ words and full JSON-LD.
Per-location phone routing
Implemented LAW #17 phone-NAP isolation: homepage shows the master toll-free number, each /locations/<slug> page shows the correct GMB phone for that location, and a cookie-sticky CTA resolves the right number on every other page.

25 emergency-repair service pages
One 10-section template serving all 25 service slugs. Every page unique — no copy-paste content across services.
WCAG AA across every page
100% contrast pass across all 11 page types in both light and dark mode — achieved in the 22-cycle a11y mega-run.
AI chat with safety guardrails
5-layer chat safety system refuses DIY repair instructions and pivots to scheduling — live on the garage-door rule pack.

The same factory stack runs every site we ship — so you get Next.js 15 performance and Vercel edge delivery from day one, with Sanity CMS for content and Supabase for per-location data isolation.
What's live today
QuickFix is live at quickfixgarage.xyz with 12 locations across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Rhode Island. The 13-section homepage, 25 emergency-repair service pages, and full workshop-classic redesign across 30+ public routes are all live in production. Each location resolves its own GMB phone number. WCAG AA passes 100% across all page types. The dedicated Vercel project has been running in production since April 2026.
